Now you need to switch on the Xbox 360 console, and then separate the two loose wires as soon as the green light starts flashing on the console. This causes the console to go into 'Mode B'.

Now all you need to do is turn on your computer and wait till the DVD drive boots up. Your Xbox 360 drive has been successfully flashed now.
